Whatever
September 20, 2004

So I do a lot of reading about food.

One of the subjects I have studied is proper nutrition to help alleviate the symptoms of the dreaded PMS.

They say you should cut back or even avoid things like caffiene, sugars, and simple carbohydrates.

They say you should keep salt intake to a minimum.

They say you should eat dark, leafy greens and lean protiens and rich whole-grains.

I've had 5 pieces of candy, a Coke C2, two pieces of cheese toast and a piece of cold thin crust CB/mushroom pizza....everything "they say" not to eat...and I'm still crabby, so they're probably right. Bastards. Why can't "bad" food be good for you at least once in awhile???
