I had to add a new category for the subject matter. Shockingly - it's the category, "Vacation".

Something tells me that you are as likely to lose that bitchy edge as you are not to stumble, trip and fall. Posted by: veg4me at May 12, 2005 02:03 PM Your positive reinforcement and encouragement toward me is one of the reasons I value your friendship the most. Posted by: The Food Whore at May 12, 2005 02:25 PM Yes my dear, you will always be a snob and a whore and a klutz. I'll be checking the weather for reports of Hurricane Whore slamming into the Florida coast! Posted by: veg4me at May 12, 2005 02:40 PM Now thats how you know you have true friends...when they use "terms of endearment" like Veg did. Haha. Anyway, hope you have a great time on your vacation. Lucky you! Posted by: lajhen at May 12, 2005 04:59 PM You won't lose it, just put it into tupperware in the fridge and leave it behind! Posted by: Tony S. at May 13, 2005 02:38 AM Have a fabulous time, Whore! You deserve it. Don't fall off any boats. ; ) Posted by: Kate at May 13, 2005 10:00 AM There is a place on Key West called Mangia Mangia or something like that, it's pasta/italian, yummy. Also Turtle Craals, I moved away in '94 and of course they have tons of good places now! Go figure. You should take Liz and Mare, they need a break too! Posted by: Allison at May 13, 2005 07:08 PM I know a family just north of there who would welcome you and fix you an all-out, kick-ass Italian dinner and make you sit there until you had seconds, wait...thirds, and were unable to leave the table without assistance. But they would probably make you look at volumes of photos of their grandchildren in the process.... Enjoy your trip!! Posted by: Barb at May 14, 2005 03:21 AM I have some ideas for Key West. We went for our honeymoon last summer and ate a lot of great meals. These two stand out from the rest: Blue Heaven - I loved this place. Fun atmosphere and Amazing food. El Siboney - this is a neighborhood place, we were the only non-locals when we went for dinner. Really good food. Posted by: Keri at May 16, 2005 11:14 AM |
