I actually added a recipe.

I know, I know.

Pace myself. One recipe every 7 or 8 months is really a lot.

Anyway. It's for guacamole. The real stuff - well, how I make it, anyway - not hummus gone bad.

Don't you want to kill when people put mayonaise in guacamole? I live in the midwest and it happens a lot. When people eat real guacamole that doesn't taste like french onion dip with a splash of avocado they don't know what to think.

Sometimes I add sour cream to guacamole, but usually not. That's usually if I just want to stretch it.
Sometimes, I'll just rough chop avocados and add salt and lime juice. Eat with or without chips. LOL

Well, now I'm craving guacamole. I guess I'll have to stop and pick up some avacados on the way home... sigh. I LOVE guacamole with tomatoes. But no mayo. Blech.

Guacamole is one of the few things I make well. I'm going to have to check out your recipe.....although last time I tried a new version of something (the infamous V-fudge) it didn't go over well.

Speaking of recipes, would there be any possibility of you sharing the one for the hot cheesey artichoke dip mentioned a couple of months ago by any chance? Please. It sounded so tasty.
