OMG - there's a roller rink locally that has been selling frozen pickle juice for years. They make it in ice cube trays, stick a toothpick in it and sell it to the kids for 50 cents. I've never understood the appeal, but my daughter and her friends adore it!

I pickle in season, but I don't think I'm going to sell my wife on that one.

I LOVE Pickles and I drink the juice sometimes. It's good for you. But I never thought to freeze it. Hhhmmmm....

I live in North Texas and there's a snowcone place down the street that been selling pickle snowcones for about 3 years. A five year old girl told me it was "yummy". I do admit to drinking pickle juice and prefer the spicy/hot. The colder the juice the better, so I guess frozen is the next logical step.

LOL---We've been selling frozen pickle shots at the baseball field the last couple of years. We sell them for 25 cents and we sell out every day. And I actually buy them as well....They really are yummy!!

That sounds strangely good, though the thought almost makes me cringe...
